COMMON PURPOSE TRAINING SERVICES
Common Purpose Training Services is a cross-functional and cross-cultural training and coaching program that empowers organizational leaders from all walks of life who care about diversity, equity and inclusion solutions, and inspire them with the best practices and strategies on how to build a more tolerant and equitable world, while bridging the gaps between our diverse and multicultural communities.
Through Common Purpose Training Services, our mission is to help organizational leaders and individuals have brave and meaningful conversations, in order to improve workplace inclusiveness and create high-level performing teams.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAMS
In keeping up with most corporations and organizations’ strong core values, this workshop will help increase understanding of the importance of diversity in the workplace and in the inevitable multicultural world we live. The goal is to provide a series of cultural competency training to organizational leaders, employees, staff, and other service providers to increase and improve their businesses by serving multicultural communities, so that they can provide services that incorporate cultural sensitivity and cultural empowerment.
Customized D&I coaching available from 30-minutes presentations – to six weeks leadership training series to help your organization cultivate an inclusive culture in your operations and daily interactions with your employees, managers, and the C-suite team. You will learn how to harness the power of diversity and inclusion to unlock the potential for creativity and innovation that come from attracting, engaging, and retaining a diverse workforce, and doing business in a multicultural market.

1. DOING BUSINESS WITH MULTICULTURAL CLIENTS
People from different cultures do business differently than in the American mainstream culture. In this program, Seconde Nimenya delivers keynote and training presentations to support business owners and organizational leaders with cultural competency insights and best practices, to help them better attract and navigate the multicultural market and meet diverse consumers’ unique needs.
2. DOING BUSINESS WITH people who don’t look like YOU
In this program, your employees will learn how to deal with people who come from, or operate in different cultural settings.
