Project Management Institute (PMI), the leading professional organization for project management, and and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® are joining forces to provide high-impact learning experiences to project professionals and individuals who use project management skills. Leveraging our unique capabilities, PMI and CCL will work together to consistently create better outcomes for businesses, communities, and societies around the world.
As a result of this new alliance, CCL will provide PMI with access to a suite of research-based leadership development resources to make available to its members, certification holders, and organizations. The resources are focused on developing critical skills to help them become more effective leaders and changemakers.
The first resource is CCL Boost™ for New Leaders, which is now available to project professionals in PMI’s online learning catalog. PMI® certification holders can also earn 6 professional development units (PDUs) for completing the course. The self-paced, online leadership course encourages individuals to change mindsets from “me” to “we” as they learn tactics to use while on the job to attain immediate success in a new leadership role.
