Martin Schneider, an experienced senior business leader in the technology, supply chain, direct to consumer, and innovation fields, is the new President and CEO of the Center for Creative Leadership.
Schneider had served since November 2022 as CCL’s Interim President and CEO, and joined CCL’s Board of Governors in 2013.
He has worked for world-class companies recognized for their commitment to developing leaders. Schneider’s previous leadership roles included Global Chief Information Officer for VF Corporation; Vice President of Business Systems for Procter & Gamble; Vice President of Global Supply Chain Technology for Gillette; and Chief Information Officer for Duracell Batteries. “Martin’s leadership style blends humility, focus, humor, urgency, and decisiveness,” said Peter Richardson, Chairman of CCL’s Board of Trustees.
“That approach will serve CCL well in partnership with the talent and dedication that each of our employees and associates brings to our organization.”

Schneider serves on the Board of Directors of the Greensboro Science Center. He’s also been a board member of the United Way of Greater Greensboro and past board chair of Communities in Schools. He earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire and is an alumnus of CCL’s Leadership at the Peak program for senior executives.
He and his wife Penny have been married for 37 years and have two grown daughters. He is a certified ice-skating coach, working with aspiring and professional hockey players.
