Robert J. Webb Named CCL’s New H. Smith Richardson, Jr. Visiting Fellow

Robert J. Webb, a global technology executive and digital leadership advisor, will serve as the Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL)® 2021–22 H. Smith Richardson, Jr. Visiting Fellow.

Webb, whose appointment is effective immediately, is an Executive Advisor with TBM Partners, an independent advisory firm he founded that guides organizations through complex transitions and transformations to compete more effectively in a digital world.  Previously, he served in Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles with Etihad, Hilton, and Equifax, and held divisional CIO roles at General Electric and MetLife. Webb is a digital transformation expert and shares his global experience as a trusted advisor and executive coach to CEOs, boards and executive leadership teams.

At CCL, he will assist with global business development, the growth of CCL’s Digital Transformation practice, and other strategic and societal advancement initiatives.

An avid motorcyclist, world traveler, and art enthusiast, Webb holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and Advanced Coaching Certification from Columbia University and Ivey Business School. He is an alumnus of the Global CEO Program from IESE and executive education programs from Harvard and MIT. In addition, he received an MBA from ESCP Business School and a BA from University of Western Ontario.
